Hello Folks!

It’s been awhile since we last wrote, but we’re glad to be back!  2017 was our busiest year yet: hundreds of beautiful weddings, corporate shindigs, intimate elopements and gatherings, as well as creative styled projects kept us just a wee bit occupied!  A couple of great buying trips that added some great antique furniture and finds to our ever-growing collection was the cherry on the icing on the cake.

For those of you that don’t know much about Vintage Ambiance, here is the scoop.  Beckie has a background in teaching, history, and antiques and wanted to create a way for brides and businesses to style, elevate, and create their events with true, quality pieces of history.  Every item we have is authentically old.  Beckie always has a story about it..…how it was made, how was it used, where it originated…which we think lends it weight and significance.  Our clients love these stories!  And, how each of them in turn choose to use each piece in their own evolving event stories, just continues adding to it’s element of timelessness.

As we head into a new year, and a new season of weddings and events, we want to say thank you to all the clients, vendors, and friends who have followed us for the past six years.  Your support, recommendations, and partnership have helped Vintage Ambiance thrive, and we look forward to many, many more seasons of vintage!  To new friends and faces, we’re glad to meet you and can’t wait to create together soon.

Cheers!

Our Cornwall English market cart is from the mid 1800’s.  The marvelous part of this piece of history is that the owner’s name and the market where it was used is permanently engraved.  As the oldest market in London, Spitalfields is still a thriving, robust destination for locals and visitors to shop and share food and drink.
